Cycle during this trip in six stages along the coast through picturesque fishing villages and small ports. The route mostly follows the sea, travelling through open countryside, exciting nature reserves and lush farmlands. As you draw closer to Gothenburg, you will notice a shift in the landscape, with scenic cliffs, lush forests, sheltered bays and quaint harbours along the way. The culinary speciality of this region is seafood, which is the biggest celebrity on this bike tour. Discover the west coast and enjoy everything the region is so well-known for!

Today you start your tour first to the most famous beach in Sweden: Tylösand. But not only this beach, but also the hotel of the same name is worth a visit. Your route takes you further north along the coast. The sea, open landscapes, exciting nature reserves and lush farmland lie along the route. You will pass Ugglarp, a small coastal community with its famous vegetable gardens and beautiful seaside resort. Today’s route takes you via Grimsholmen to Falkenberg, one of the oldest towns in the province of Halland.

Day 5: Kungsbacka – Gothenburg, approx. 40-65 km
Have you missed the sea? How good that it accompanies you again today. You pass Vallda and approach Särö, the entertainment centre of the bourgeois class in Gothenburg of the last century.
