Via Rosental you ride to Neukirchen onward towards to Habachtal, famous for its find spots of emeralds, to Bramberg (museum of local history). The local museum of Mittersill, the principal town of Oberpinzgau, is also well worth paying a visit.

You travel through the wide valley basin of Saalfelden and the famous pilgrimage place Maria Alm in the direction of Lofer. The route through the Pinzgau Saalach Valley has its own special charm, with paths often running very close to the river.
